Well defamation of character is a real thing and as I learned in a social media class I took, under Section 230 you can actually subpoena the courts to get a users account information. Anyone who defamed me will be held liable. I can say certain things, within the scope of the law, “opinion based claims,” are not slanderous, but if you knowingly harass and defame someone you are guilty of violating my rights as an American.
